Boerne City Lake Park

The City of Boerne received approval in 1972 to build a dam and reservoir on Cibolo Creek for municipal water and flood control, creating Boerne City Lake. In 2005, the city developed the surrounding land into Boerne City Lake Park to offer public recreation. The park now serves as an outdoor gathering space for the local community.
