Luckenbach Texas is a legendary Hill Country destination where "Everybody's Somebody." Founded in 1849 as a trading post, this tiny unincorporated community consists of a historic dance hall, a working general store, and a rustic bar. Hours are Monday through Wednesday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

Are dogs allowed at Luckenbach?

Yes, dogs are absolutely welcome at Luckenbach as long as they are kept on a leash. However, there are no designated relief areas between the parking lot and the grounds.

Can we bring our own beer or alcohol?

No, outside alcohol is not permitted. Luckenbach sells beer and wine to guests 21 and older, as well as sodas and water for younger visitors.

Is Luckenbach kid-friendly?

Yes, Luckenbach is very family-friendly. Kids can enjoy the open grassy areas, creeks, and the laid-back outdoor environment.
