Bandera County Park at Medina Lake
The park sits on the north shore of Medina Lake and offers swimming, picnicking, boating, and fishing. A concrete boat ramp provides lake access for trailered watercraft. Covered picnic tables and restrooms are available on site. The park closes when lake levels drop below the boat ramp — call ahead to confirm access before driving out.
Why people come here
Before you go
Currently open Saturdays and Sundays only from 9 AM to 5 PM for picnicking only. Lake access and parking are closed due to low water levels. Admission fees are cash only.
