Texas Parks and Wildlife Department lists 750 feet of Llano River frontage at Kingsland Slab RV Camp for public fishing access. Authorized use includes bank angling and launching non-motorized boats, canoes, kayaks, or other floatable devices for fishing. This agreement does not establish unrestricted recreational use of the surrounding private riverbank.

Access is open from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset for angling from the banks and launching non-motorized boats, canoes, kayaks, or other floatable devices for the purpose of fishing.
Is parking available at the access site?
Yes, vehicle and trailer parking by anglers is allowed, but it must be in designated areas only.
What kind of fish can I catch here?
You can catch Largemouth Bass, Channel Catfish, sunfish, and White Bass during their spring run. Anglers are urged to practice catch-and-release, especially for bass.
