Situated on the north shore of the USACE flood-control reservoir, Canyon Park provides a sprawling 485-acre space for outdoor activities. Visitors can utilize the three-lane boat ramp with a courtesy dock for launching motorized vessels or rent watercraft directly on-site. The park includes numerous picnic areas equipped with tables and grills, many shaded by large trees overlooking the water. For those interested in nature, the Madrone Trail and its native pollinator garden offer a scenic walking experience.

Is Canyon Park open year-round?

Canyon Park is open from March 1st through October 31st every day. The park is closed during the winter months, and operating hours vary slightly depending on the month you visit.

Can I leave the park and come back in for free?

No, once you leave the park, you must repay the entrance fee to re-enter. Additionally, if the park reaches capacity while you are gone, you will not be allowed back inside.

Are pets allowed at Canyon Park?

Pets are welcome at Canyon Park, but they must remain on a leash at all times. Free-roaming pets are not permitted within the park grounds.
