Ten acres of open grass and old live oaks outside Pipe Creek. A single-story house sits in the middle of it, with a fenced yard and room to spread out.
Good to know: Single story, no stairs. The stone fireplace in the living room is decorative and not for use. No smoking and no events. The primary renter must be 21 or older. A car is needed; this is a rural property, so plan on driving for groceries and restaurants.
The hot tub sits under its own covered pavilion beside the house. The back deck is covered too, with chairs, a table and a view across the land. Evenings tend to end at one or the other.
Outside, the oak grove has picnic tables, a hammock and swings. There is a covered grill area with a charcoal grill and a gas grill, and a fire pit with firewood provided.
Inside, three bedrooms and two full baths sleep up to eight, with two of the eight on the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining table, with French doors to the yard. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi cover the days you still have to log in. There are three Smart TVs for the days you don't.
The kitchen is full size, with a dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and basic pantry items. Linens, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided.
